Filling stomachs and hearts in Southern California.
Chef Yves Masquefa and his wife, Jody, have always been passionate about creating quality food experiences and helping others.
This vision has been growing for over 30 years—starting with Yves’ Bistro in Anaheim Hills, a beloved neighborhood restaurant that quickly became a local favorite. Today, that same passion lives on through Savor – Great Food. Greater Good., a unique workforce training program that’s about more than just delicious food at a fair price. It’s catering with heart and purpose.
As part of KHERUT, a nonprofit 501(c)(3), Savor – Great Food. Greater Good. is dedicated to empowering women who’ve faced immense challenges—offering them hands-on training, professional development, and a pathway to lasting employment and independence.
Whether you're planning an intimate gathering, a corporate event, or a romantic wedding, we’re here to bring your vision to life—with food that’s made with love and service that leaves a lasting impression.
And when you choose Savor – Great Food. Greater Good., you’re not just planning a memorable event—you’re helping transform lives. Every order supports a woman on her journey toward stability, dignity, and a better future for herself and her family.

Our work starts with fresh, high-quality ingredients and delicious food. But it doesn’t stop there. We pay close attention to every detail, stay on top of our clients' needs, and and make sure our clients feel truly taken care of every step of the way. This is not just your event, it’s “ours”!

Our clients are more than customers—they’re valued partners in everything we do. Together, we craft unforgettable guest experiences through exceptional food and heartfelt service. This is food as art, and service as a true performance—where every detail matters!

Savor - Great Food. Greater Good. is Kherut’s workforce training program providing training, mentoring and meaningful, long-term employment to marginalized women from at-risk communities. Every meal we serve goes directly back into our program and furthers this mission.
